By purchasing any course, you agree to our refund policy as follows: Refund Policy for online Training: A full refund will be provided if requested in writing within five (2) business days of the purchase date, provided that the Learner has not logged in, accessed, or completed any portion of the online training course. NOEXCEPTION! All mock profiencies MUST be completed within 30 days from the day of completion for the online Rules & Regulations Modules. Only 1 Reschedule is allowed no exceptions (student must RESCHEDULE in writing via email at info@intratesting.com). Failure to attend the initially scheduled mock training without any notice sent via email will result in a no call no show and the student is required to reschedule at a cost of $200.00. No ADDITIONAL REFUNDS ARE ISSUED. If student does not complete the mock profiency training within 30 days student is required to purchase the entire course again at cost listed. Intra Testing Services Incs. Does not guarantee any monetary successes nor does Intra Testing Services Inc. trainings/consulting services does not guarantee any future students success once courses are completed and certifications are issued.
